1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KalOps.ai ("the Platform"), operated by Kal Solutions Group ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

KalOps.ai is an AI-powered CRM and business operations platform. The Platform provides customer relationship management, project management, invoicing, WhatsApp messaging, calendar scheduling, and AI agent automation (AVA, ATLAS, SAGE, FELIX, SCOUT, NOVA). AI features are powered by third-party providers (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI).

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not share login credentials or allow others to access your account. Account creation is managed by your organization's administrator.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; (c) transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code; (d) interfere with the operation of the Platform; (e) use automated tools to scrape or extract data without authorization; (f) use AI agents to generate or distribute spam, harassment, or illegal content.

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Platform. The Company does not claim ownership of your content. You grant the Company a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service, including processing by third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI Features and Limitations

The Platform includes AI-powered agents that process data, generate communications, and automate workflows. Important limitations:

  • AI outputs are generated suggestions and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • All AI-generated communications (WhatsApp, email) pass through a guardrail review system but are not guaranteed to be error-free.
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it reaches external recipients.
  • The Company is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
  • AI processing involves sending data to Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI — see our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Communication Channels

The Platform integrates with WhatsApp (via Green API), Google Calendar, email (SMTP), Telegram, and Firebase for communications and notifications. By using these features, you acknowledge that data is transmitted through these third-party services subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. WhatsApp messages sent by AI agents go through a two-layer guardrail system before delivery.

8. Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed according to the pricing plan selected. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

9. Service Availability

The Company strives to maintain high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service or any specific SLA. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible. The Company is not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond its control, including third-party service outages (AI providers, WhatsApp, Google).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: errors in AI-generated content, failed message delivery, calendar sync issues, or data processed by third-party services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will work with you to export your data within a reasonable timeframe. The Platform includes GDPR-compliant data export and right-to-erasure workflows.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
